MultiVariable Calculus 2024

Follett ACCESS to course material

The course is set up with a Follett ACCESS fee for Summer 2024. This means that all students will be given access to learning materials and charged a course fee for that access as part of their summer tuition. Students have access to the course materials from day one.

is important to note:

1)      Students do not need to purchase the Follett ACCESS materials on their own.

2)   Students have the right to opt-out of the course fee, and might have a special circumstance (i.e. if they do not have the ability to use the materials in the format being delivered.) To do so, students must complete a Course/Class Fee Opt-Out Form.

Multivariable Calculus, MATH 2063

Given asynchronously during Summer 2024.

Textbook: Stewart, Calculus: Early Transcendentals, 9th edition. As part of the IncludED program students will have purchased the course materials (WebAssign access including e-book) once you register for the course. Access WebAssign through Canvas. This course is for students in engineering and sciences. It covers Sections 12.5 – 12.6, 13.1 – 13.4, 14.1 − 14.8, 15.1 – 15.9, and 16.1 − 16.10:

•  partial derivatives, directional derivatives,

•  tangent planes and linear approximations,

•  maximum and minimum values,

•  arc length and curvature;
