These Terms of Service govern your use of eSign: Fill and Sign PDF, referred to as “eSign” or the “App,” provided by Zolux Solutions, referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By accepting these Terms or using the App where acceptance by use is legally effective, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.
Please also read our Privacy Policy, available on this website, for information about personal data handled in connection with the App. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for particular data processing.
You must have the legal capacity and any authorization required to use the App and enter into the transactions you carry out through it.
If you act for a business or another person, you must have authority to act on their behalf. You must not sign in another person’s name or apply another person’s signature without lawful authorization.
The App provides tools to import PDFs and images, create signatures by typing, drawing or uploading an image, and place signatures, initials, text and dates on documents.
It also includes tools for requesting signatures, viewing document status and activity, and opening, downloading or sharing completed files. Features and availability may change as the App is updated.
You are responsible for the documents you import, the information you enter, the signatures you apply and the recipients you select. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and share that content, including personal information belonging to other people.
Review the complete document, field placement, recipient details and exported result before signing, sending or relying on it. Maintain your own copies of documents and records you need to keep.
You must not use the App for forgery, impersonation, fraud, unlawful disclosure, harassment or any other unlawful purpose. You must not misrepresent whether a person has signed or approved a document.
Apply a signature only when you intend to sign the relevant document and have authority to do so.
The legal effect of an electronic signature depends on applicable law, the document, the circumstances of signing and any required consent, identification or other formalities. Some transactions require additional procedures, such as witnesses or notarization.
The App does not provide legal advice or guarantee that a document or signature will be accepted by every recipient, court, authority or organization. A signature image or a completed document status alone does not establish that every legal requirement has been met. Obtain appropriate professional advice when the transaction requires it.
You retain your rights in your documents, signatures and other content. Using the App does not transfer ownership of that content to Zolux Solutions.
You grant us permission to process, reproduce, store and transmit your content only as needed to provide the functions you request, operate and support those functions, and meet applicable legal obligations, subject to our Privacy Policy. Service providers acting for us may exercise this permission only for those purposes.
This permission continues only for as long as the relevant processing is needed, including any lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.
If you use an account, provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not access an account or document you are not authorized to use.
Certain functions require access to files, photos or the camera. You can manage device permissions through Android settings. Restricting access may prevent the related function from working.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful personal or business purposes.
Zolux Solutions and its licensors retain their rights in the App’s software, design and other materials. You must not introduce malicious code, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, or copy or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law permits it.
If a paid feature or subscription is offered, its price and applicable conditions must be presented before purchase. Refund, cancellation and consumer rights remain subject to the applicable purchase terms and law.
Your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Services you choose when sharing or storing files have their own terms and privacy practices.
We aim to provide a useful and reliable App, but availability and successful processing can be affected by maintenance, device compatibility, connectivity and external services.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these Terms, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain the restriction and provide a way to contact us about it.
You may stop using the App at any time. Stopping use or uninstalling the App does not itself submit an account or data deletion request. See the Privacy Policy for the request procedure.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every file, or suitability for every transaction.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. We will provide additional notice and obtain acceptance where required by law. Changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
Applicable law determines the rights, remedies and competent courts relevant to a dispute. You may contact us to seek a resolution, but doing so is not a condition of exercising a legal right. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
