This Privacy Policy describes personal information handled in connection with eSign: Fill and Sign PDF, referred to as “eSign” or the “App,” provided by Zolux Solutions.
It covers app users, people involved in document signing requests and people who contact us. For privacy questions, contact Zoluxsolutions@gmail.com.
When you import or capture a document, the App accesses the PDF, image or photo you select. Document content includes any personal information already in the file and the text, initials, dates and other information you add.
The App processes the name you type, the signature you draw or the signature image you upload to create and place your signature on a document.
When you request a signature, the workflow uses the relevant document, recipient details you provide and signing fields. Document records include statuses such as draft, waiting for signature and completed, together with activity information such as import and signing times.
If someone sends you a document for signature, information about you may come from that sender as well as from information you provide during signing.
If you create or use an account, the information you provide for that account is used to enable account access and associated functions.
When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. Please avoid including passwords, unnecessary identification documents or complete confidential files in a support request.
Information is used to perform the functions you select: opening and preparing documents, placing signatures and other fields, sending signing requests, displaying document history, and downloading or sharing results.
Information provided to support is used to respond to your request and resolve the issue you report. We also handle information where necessary to respond to privacy requests, protect the service against misuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
You should provide other people’s information only when you have an appropriate legal basis and have given any required notices.
Sending a document for signature or sharing an exported file makes the relevant content available to the recipient or external service you select. Check the recipient details and document contents before proceeding.
Recipients can keep their own copies. Their subsequent handling of those copies may be governed by their own obligations and privacy practices.
Where online services support account access, document storage or signing-request delivery, the providers operating those services process the information needed for those functions. Providers acting on our behalf are limited to authorized service purposes and applicable legal obligations.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or when legally permitted and reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights or respond to a security incident. Such disclosures must be limited to information relevant to the purpose.
Camera access supports capturing a document. Access to selected photos and files supports importing documents or signature images and saving results.
You can manage permissions through Android settings and choose what to provide through the available file or photo selection tools. Declining access can prevent the associated feature from working.
Personal information held by Zolux Solutions is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant service, support request or lawful obligation. Retention decisions take account of active signing workflows, whether an account remains in use, unresolved support issues and specific legal or security requirements.
When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Information retained for a legal or security reason is restricted to that purpose and retained only for the necessary period.
Copies you download, store in another service or share with recipients are controlled separately. Removing a record from the App does not necessarily remove those independent copies.
To request deletion of your eSign account or personal information held by Zolux Solutions, email Zoluxsolutions@gmail.com with the subject “eSign account and data deletion.”
Identify the account email address, if applicable, and explain whether you want the entire account or particular information deleted. Do not send your password or a signature image. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.
For a verified account deletion request, we delete the account and associated personal information under our control, subject to any lawful retention exception. If an exception applies, we explain what information must be retained and why, unless the law prevents us from doing so.
Uninstalling the App does not submit this request. Deletion from our systems does not remove copies independently held by document recipients or services you chose to use.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, and receive certain information in a portable format.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.
Contact us using the email address above to make a request. We respond within the period required by applicable law and explain any lawful restriction on fulfilling it.
We are responsible for applying appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to personal information we handle, limiting access to authorized people and providers who need it for the disclosed purposes.
No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your device and account, review recipients before sharing, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access involving the App.
Use of the App is subject to the eligibility and authority requirements in our Terms of Service. Documents can contain information about children, so users must have the necessary authority and legal basis before submitting that information.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us unlawfully or without required authorization, contact us. We will review the concern and take the action required by applicable law, including deletion where appropriate.

These links provide information about Google’s services and requirements. They do not certify the App’s privacy practices or identify which Google software, if any, is integrated into the App.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the App or applicable requirements. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Where required, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent before introducing a relevant change in processing. Publication of an updated policy alone does not replace consent where it is required.
