Dr. Markus Ressl
Markus is the Founder and Senior Consultant at Ressolutions GmbH, with over 10 years of experience in strategic consulting and transformation project management across corporations, start-ups, and institutions like the EBRD. He brings 15+ years of leadership experience in controlling, internal audit, CFO, and country management roles, including expatriate assignments in Denmark and Belgium. Markus is also a researcher and educator in business model innovation, inventor of the 3D Business Model method, and holds a PhD from WU Vienna.
Tibor has over 25 years of experience in strategic and management consulting, as well as M&A. Before founding PMC, he served as Country Manager at The Boston Consulting Group and led A.T. Kearney’s Hungarian operations as Partner and International Vice President.
He is the founder of PMC, Hungary’s only independent strategic management consulting boutique, which also collaborates locally with international strategy firms, combining global expertise with a personalized approach for clients.
Frank is currently supporting Starkmacher Impact GmbH, a Social Impact Company with a focus on the Global South, as a Marketing Expert. He brings over 20 years of senior international management experience across various industries. He has a proven track record in strategy development, implementation, and managing international transformation projects, also with a focus on integrating sustainability into business models. He is dedicated to driving sustainable growth through innovative strategies integrating ESG, UN SDGs, and CSR to create long-term value and resilience.
Jean Marc is a hospitality enthusiast and sustainability consultant, driven to challenge the status quo and make sustainable practices the new normal. As the founder of his freelance consultancy. He has spent the past five years gaining deep insights into the hospitality industry. His experience spans working in some of the world’s most prestigious hotels, as well as managing a conference centre in the Netherlands through a voluntary organization, combining creativity with practical sustainability solutions.
Raymond studied Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and developed a strong interest in ethical and community-focused business models. He has been involved in several Economy of Communion (EoC) projects, gaining experience in initiatives that promote solidarity and responsible entrepreneurship.
He currently lives at the Focolare Cittadella “Marienkroon” in the Netherlands, where he contributes to EoC activities and supports efforts to build a more inclusive and people-centered economy
