OAKIE'S GREEN TEAM 

Oakie's Green Team is the fusion of MOSA's SustainabiliTEAM and the Green Campus Initiative club to unify sustainability activities across campus! They hold sustainability-related events year-round to reduce waste and encourage ecological mindfulness. 

One of our main goals is to be the intermediary between the general student body and the Office of Sustainability. Some year-round events partnered with the Office include monthly waste audits, the move-out program for Centennial Hall, Wasteketball, Reusable Plate Program, and more! We've also run our own fun events like upcycled crafting and have taken on Ecosia on Campus, the Off-Campus Composting Cab, Plant Futures, and other new projects as they arise.
