Our mission is to engage families and the school community to support the delivery of bilingual education, a vibrant and inclusive school culture, and authentic learning experiences. This is achieved through a shared vision, open communication and volunteering. 

To achieve its mission, the Mill Creek Parent Association:

• Supports families, students and staff in bilingual education and culture

• Represents the voice of families and other community stakeholders on important school and board-related issues.

• Facilitates interaction and collaboration among families, teachers, administrators, and students through regular communication.

• Develops its goals and objectives to support student success, while recognizing the importance of family input and the school success plan.

• Identifies and pursues opportunities to make resources available to benefit all Mill Creek students.

• Encourages families to participate through volunteer activities or other initiatives.

• Supports the individual and collective wellness of all school community members.

• Engages family participation in setting financial goals for funds raised during the school year. This is done through the fundraising association, which works adjacent to support the needs and requests of Escuela Mill Creek staff and students
