Discovery Education (DE)

DE announced earlier this week that they will now be providing free access to the full Discovery Education Experience (DEX) digital classroom resource to ALL schools experiencing closure until June 30, 2020 as well as upgrading all accounts for current subscribers to add the premium PLUS content.

Schools not currently subscribed to Discovery Education Experience (Streaming) can request access (fill out the Experience Access Request form).

ALL ACCOUNTS currently subscribing to DEX (DiscoveryEd Streaming) have been upgraded to the full PLUS service as well.

Homeschool families can request access by calling the 1-800 number on DiscoveryEd’s homepage (www.discoveryeducation.com).

Note - If your school already has Discovery accounts but does not have all teachers and/or students currently setup with accounts, you’ll find lots of information for importing users quickly & easily here -https://usermanagement.discoveryeducation.com/resource/integrations-overview/

Note – if you are not already setup with SSO, since Discovery’s staff is currently being overwhelmed with requests, you may find a CSV import a quicker way to get all your teachers & students setup for now, and then you can implement SSO when things settle down a bit.
