We use a simple personality profiler called true colors. It is the simplest personality test to take and gives good clear results that help open the door to differences and their importance. each participant will learn about their strengths and weakness. They will be emailed their results.

  The business activity is a team game that builds on the understanding of personalities, and the importance of a diverse workforce.  It is fun and competitive.  The first 15 min. test one's ability to follow directions, hand eye coordination, and attention to detail. The remaining time: participants are broken into teams. During this section we can see who the natural leaders are, and it they like being part of a team.
