Who We Are:
The members are friends and neighbors from the community, coming together to exercise in fun and fellowship at your leisure. No prior experience needed to join all are welcome and it is free of cost. Members pictured below.
Community members with canes/walkers are welcome! Must have approval of their physician in order to participate, Covid-19 shots are mandatory.

How we got started?
"On the Move for Mobility"
The Meet-Up Indoor Walking / Blood Pressure Monitoring Program begin in June 2022, as a community outreach after the Covid-19 Pandemic to get our fellow neighbors to get out of the house and on the move after being on lock down.
