ESBC programs give individuals an opportunity to exercise with others without the expense of joining a gym and have their blood pressure check in one visit. The program provides an alternative and fun way to stay healthy while interacting with other. 

The implementation of the programs will give individuals the opportunity to join others in a safe environment while becoming more flexible and mobile.
