Jenna is a junior at the University of Kansas. Currently, she is pursuing a B.S. in Ecology, Evolutionary, and Organism Biology, a B.S. in Environment Studies with an emphasis in Environmental Security, and a minor in Intelligence and National Security Studies. She is interested in pursuing a career in critical geopolitics, national security policy, or environmental intelligence. Jenna is currently employed at the University of Kansas by both the Physics and Astronomy Department and the Biology Department. She is the Vice President University of Kansas's Model UN, in charge of meeting organization, fundraising, and conference preparation. During her first year of undergraduate, she researched quantum algorithms and quantum communication with KUARQ research group. During that time she published in the peer-reviewed journal Quantum Information Processing.
