The Erupting Moka team is specialized in the development of VR game experiences designed to facilitate the insertion of new professional figures into the work environment.

To do this the team analyzes the work environment, identifying the key aspects of it and, based on the data obtained, reconstructs the work experience through a virtual reality simulation.

The objective of our simulations is to give to the employers a tool which can be used to teach to new employees how to move in the work environment, reducing significantly the potential stress a new worker may face when approching a new job.
