Overseeing new officers and assisting them as they navigate the police is their responsibility as they are the first person to speak to should minor issues arise. They get access to a number of new things that will help them in their career as a police officer.
A Chief Inspector's primary responsibility is to support the department leadership. At this rank, there is a lot of trust in their ability to successfully lead a large-sized operation.
Superintendent is the second-highest position in the department management. They will lead the department and make most of the changes throughout it.
The Chief Superintendent is the highest rank within the department management and is highly trusted by the Chief Commissioner to provide excellent leadership. They oversee the entire department and work with gold command.
The commander, also known as the department's overseer, communicates with the Superintendent and Chief Superintendent to make sure the department is running smoothly.
