These are bodies of constant width. This means that you can roll them around and they always maintain the same height. Meissner polyhedra are special ball polytopes in dimension three that have been modified to have constant width. Each Meissner polyhedra has a combinatorial structure similar to that of a regular polyhedra. This video shows one Meissner polyhedra for each combinatorial type with up to 10 vertices.
