Ernest Warhurst has worked as an insurance claims adjuster for over ten years. In that time, he has earned no less than eight designations, including the prestigious CPU designation. The CPU is the most highly respected designation within the insurance industry, and it takes an average of 2-3 years to pass the 8-part exam. Ernest has always been fascinated by the law and how it can be used to help people. So, he decided to become a trial lawyer and represent those wronged by insurance companies. He started his career as a claims representative, handling thousands of all lines of claims. He then rose through the ranks to become a Claims Supervisor, responsible for hundreds of thousands of claims and millions of dollars.
