Ernest Warhurst has long been interested in how the law might be used to benefit society. So he made the decision to practice trial law and defend people who insurance companies have harmed. As a claims agent, he began his career by managing thousands of claims across all product lines. He subsequently advanced through the ranks to become a Claims Supervisor, in charge of millions of dollars and tens of thousands of claims.
He is a law school graduate who switched sides in 1995 to start working for policyholders. He works tirelessly to guide customers through the claims procedure and the pursuit of acquiring more money for their claims in less time and bother.
In 2018, the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance selected Gene Warhurst CPU, AIC, CIC, SCLA, AIM, AIS, FCLS, FCLA as Fellow (CLM). More than 35,000 experts from insurance companies, businesses, and law firms are members of the CLM, an international organization.
