Proposal Submission Guidelines
The deadline for submitting proposals is January 30, 2026
Those interested in participating should submit their proposals through the following SUBMISSION FORM. You may submit an individual proposal, a session proposal (panel, roundtable or Talking Circle), or a group proposal (posters with more than one author or workshops facilitated by more than one person). The organizing committee will arrange individual submissions into panels, roundtables, or Talking Circles, according to the preferences expressed by participants.
Every group or session proposal must include a session coordinator, who may also serve as a presenter. The coordinator is responsible for submitting the complete proposal, including the required information for all participants in the session.
Each person may participate in only one panel or roundtable and in one other additional format. For instance, those presenting on a panel cannot also participate in a roundtable or present on a second panel, but they may offer a workshop, present a poster, or take part in a Talking Circle.
Important: In all cases, the word limit is 25 for titles and 250 for abstracts.
