MS Teams: Collaboration and Communication
This Rise course offers a practical and interactive deep dive into using Microsoft Teams for seamless collaboration and communication in modern work environments. Participants learn how to set up teams and channels, run chats, schedule and host meetings (with screen sharing, audio, and video), share and co-edit documents in real time, and integrate tools like OneDrive.
eAccess: GRM User Guide
This Rise course was originally a 71-page PDF guide that I transformed into an interactive, user-friendly learning experience. The SME requested a format that was easier to navigate and more engaging for learners, so I restructured the content into modular lessons and incorporated a variety of Rise’s native block types along with custom-built blocks. This approach not only enhanced interactivity and visual appeal but also encouraged active learner participation, making the material more accessible and impactful.
The below eLearning modules are step-by-step instructional videos built in Articulate Storyline, using interactive design features to present workflows in a clear and engaging format. Each image links to the course with an MP4 link and a list of features used, showcasing both the development environment and the final learner-facing product.
