¡Hola! I am Dr. Erika Torres (she/ella), an experienced psychologist and coach who enjoys helping adults improve the quality of their lives by learning how to get better sleep... 


Often, our bodies recognize the need for change long before our minds do. Internal conflicts, stress, life changes, medical conditions like sleep apnea, brain injuries, hormonal shifts, and more can all impact your sleep quality. The good news is that you can improve your sleep with some practical strategies.


When you sleep better, you live better! 


I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Coaching. And, see the world through a diversity, social justice, and equity lens, and use metaphor, and levity to support healing and growth.
