¡Hola! I am Dr. Erika Torres (she/ella), an experienced psychologist and coach who enjoys helping adults improve the quality of their lives by learning how to get better sleep...

Internal conflicts, stress, life changes, medical conditions like sleep apnea, brain injuries, hormonal shifts, and more can all impact your sleep quality.
