Fortrend Engineering

My work from my full time position at Fortrend Engineering  designing mechanical components for the PLUS G4 serious robotic reticle handling machines, EFEM/Sorters and the PLM series electro-mechanical system.  Seismic calculation and specifications was created for customer following all SEMI standards and user 

Performed testing of the performance of reticle detection and designed, prototyped, and produced a solution to fix a reoccurring issue. Full documentations including a report was created.

Drawings with GD&T for all designed components were performed. 

Field service and assembler work was performed for the systems below that allowed me to understand the full capabilities of the system and what improvements were needed.
