Simple and better method of storing grease tubes used lead screw lubrications
Three piece design to accommodate two different types of syringes used
3D Printed and used during my previous work place at Fortrend Engineering
Holds two different types of Loctite bottles (large and small) used in the manufacturing department. A small reservoir allow to hold some small amount of Loctite to dip and apply it onto screws. A rotated cap was later added to prevent spillage

Designed to attach to extrusion bars where it sits below the corners of the top plates to allow installation of sensors and raises it to prevent any damages to hanging sensors below the plate

Measured existing adapter then CAD modeled and modified to fit a ¼ inch torque wrench socket. The purpose of this was to be able to find and add a torque specification to the SOP and drawings to the assembly of the robotic arm joints to maintain consistency in the assembly process and reduce the potential issues arise during system power up and teaching process.
First 3D printed and tested. Actual parts modified or machined from vendor used during my previous work place at Fortrend Engineering
Designed and 3D printed to allow paper tags

The handle and knob was damaged and never repaired or reattached. It often caused more work to change the height of the bed when needing to drill in-house of different sized components. Components are 3D printed and snaps into place.

Help in installing nylon washers onto thumb screws and cover cap screws as installing them by hand often found a bit difficult and time consuming. Fits up to M4 sized screws

Simple two-in-one design to hold the outlet and car plugs at home. The design incorportes easy to see and interact to store or remove the charger plug. Recessed holes allow use of screw's head to sit flush
3D printed and used for over 3 years with no issues
Simple two-piece design in replacement of the original holder that came with the bidet that kept rotating downwards
Designed that uses M3 cap screws and nut with recessed hole for the screw's head to sit flush. Uses clamping force and friction to hold in place.
3D printed
Designed to be mounted on the bike's handle bars to allow easy adjustment
Modeled with an IPhone XR in the images provided.
Must be able to withstand rough terrains without the phone falling off
Note: this project currently unfinished
Designed various adapters to adapt a special international to US style threads for a Japanese brand tap water filtration system
3D printed and tested successfully
Designed to be used on the 2014 Scion FRS. Made a working prototype from ABS plastic sheets that was bent using heat. Mounting locations on the prototype was not shown in the image below.
Future goal to use computational fluid dynamic (CFD) methods to analyze the effects of fluid behavior and the performance of the air diffuser
Inspired by a previous post in the forums, the piece was designed to act as both a hub centric ring that centers the rim when mounted while being a center cap for the wheel.
Currently designed for the Scion FRS/GT86/BRZ with 17 x 9 Enkei RPF1 wheels.
3D printed to specification and tested
Goal to send to a machine shop to be made and fitted onto the car to be used.
Designed to hold stationaries and implemented artwork on the side by importing an image and tracing it.
3D printed and tested
Design to hold mainly SD cards and USB holder. However, it may holder other things including small box knife opener and guitar picks.
3D Printed
Designed to resolve an issue of not properly able to wirelessly charge a Samsung Flip 3 Z smart phone due to the location of the charging coils.
Raises the phone by about one inch and it is 0.5 inch thick. and follows most of the contours of the wireless charging pad.
