By downloading, installing, or using Chill Fishing Idle, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Service provided by Erbey Studios.

1. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app (including but not limited to code, graphics, and sound) belong to Erbey Studios.

• You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

• You may not translate the app into other languages or create derivative versions without our explicit permission.

2. User Conduct and Restrictions

• You agree not to use the app for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.

• You are prohibited from using any automated systems (bots, scripts, or cheats) to manipulate game progress or currency, such as Coins.

3. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases

• All virtual items (e.g., Yummy Bits, Sandal upgrades) or currency (Coins) purchased or earned within the app have no real-world value and are non-transferable.

• All purchases made through the Store are non-refundable unless required by local law or platform policies (Google Play).

• Erbey Studios reserves the right to manage, regulate, or remove virtual items at its sole discretion.

4. Service and Connectivity

• The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• Erbey Studios cannot be held responsible for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

• We reserve the right to stop offering the Service or change parts of the app at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erbey Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.
