Erbey Studios operates the Stack Up! mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.
We do not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email, or address directly on our servers. However, for the Service to function correctly, we process non-identifiable Usage Data, including:
Game Progress: High score (stack height), total games played, and current energy (hearts) count for continues.
Device Information: Device model, OS version, and unique advertising identifiers (e.g., AAID, IDFA) used by third-party services to provide advertisements and analyze performance.
Local Storage: Your game progress, including your high scores and energy levels, is stored locally on your device using PlayerPrefs.
Energy Mechanics: The app tracks the time elapsed since your last heart was used to calculate energy regeneration locally. This does not involve sending personal data to a server.
In-App Transactions: While the current version focuses on rewarded ads, any future transaction data will be handled securely by Google Play Billing; we do not store financial or credit card information.
Our app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you for analytics, advertising, and system integrity:
Google Play Services: For in-app review prompts (Google Play In-App Review) and core game services.
AdMob (Google Mobile Ads): To display rewarded advertisements that allow users to refill energy or hearts.
Unity Analytics: To monitor game stability and performance during gameplay or scene transitions.
In compliance with Google Play’s Data Safety policies, we respect your right to control your data:
Request Deletion: You may request the deletion of your non-identifiable data (such as analytics IDs) at any time.
Process: To initiate a deletion request, please contact us at erbeystudios@gmail.com. Since most data is stored locally, clearing the app cache/data in your Android settings will also permanently remove your progress and locally stored identifiers.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If you are a parent and aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
If you have any questions, feedback, or data deletion requests, please contact us at: erbeystudios@gmail.com
