Workshop honey sweet honey: a teacher at our institute who is passionate and is an expert in bees explained to the students how bees produce honey and the process of making it. At the end the expert let the students savour the honey he produces asking them to sense the taste of different honey.
Workshop the magic of bakery: One of our former students became a pastry chef and, telling the importance of using raw materials, she helped the students to make shortbread biscuits using monococco flour, sugar, eggs and butter produced in our school farm.
The monococco flour comes from an ancient grain or spelt which suits a sustainable and low environmental impact agriculture.
