GDS17 Study group seminar series

For the entire duration of the project, a bimonthly seminar series on the themes of EU economic policy with a particular attention to trade and cohesion policy will be undertaken within the study group (GDS17). The meetings are intended to serve as a think tank of academic level opened to academics, scholars, students and national and international institutions.

The GDS17 is a study group on the impact of economic policies established in Rome in December 2017 by some academics of Manlio Rossi-Doria Centre for Economic and Social Research, Roma Tre and Sapienza. The group is intended as a place for discussions and debate, involving professors, researchers, Ph.D. students, experts and practitioners in an informal and participative way. The aim is to exchange ideas and proposals as well as to plan and develop common initiatives (including research activities, projects, etc.) to be promoted during the year.

Each meeting will host presentations of research, projects, reports, policy papers followed by discussions. We plan a total of 12 meetings spread over the 24 months of project duration.
