I'm a Mathematician (2006) specialized in Statistics who loves wrangling with data. Worked as a university lecturer at University of Tirana since 2007. Teaching and research were my main responsibilities.

Last years I have been part of Psychometrics and Data teams. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in data analytics, validation, and designing reports that help turn numbers into meaningful decisions.

I’m experienced in breaking down research findings and analysis plans for various audiences, making complex ideas easy to understand. Whether it’s designing surveys, managing experiments, or providing insights for institutions and companies, I thrive on creating value through data.

From predictive modeling to data visualization, I’ve worked with a range of statistical tools and programming languages to bring stories out of the numbers. I’ve also had the chance in the last 18 years in academia to share findings at international conferences, publish research, and collaborate as a consultant.

Supporting the EQA (Exam Quality and Analytics) team as SPS (Statistics and Psychometrics Specialist) at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada allowed me to challenge myself with a different range and nature of data in education. (Oct 2023-ongoing)

I am a statistician and a data scientist specialized in machine learning and time series analysis and forecasting. I am a proficient user of R software (started R in 2006). I offer my experience to many institutions and companies as a consultant (www.sccalbania.com). 

Since 2020 I am also a data scientist trainer contributing to one of the most known companies in Europe Crystal-System located in Bucharest where I have trained many inspiring data scientists in different locations of the world (Romania, Ukraine, Mexico, Paraguay, Cuba, Italy, Albania etc.)
