This initiative, launched in 2020 just before the COVID-19 pandemic in Albania, was founded to connect data scientists, tech innovators, and researchers with the new generation of learners and professionals.
The series promotes collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing in data science and emerging technologies.

February 2020 – First event at TECHSpace, Tirana
October 2021 – Second event hosted by the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Department of Applied Mathematics, University of Tirana
December 2022 – Third event held virtually, supported by the Faculty of Natural Sciences, University of Tirana
May 2024 – Fourth event, “The Power Summit 2025 – Where Technology, Innovation, and Ideas Take Shape”, hosted by the University Metropolitan Tirana (UMT)

SSC 2022 – Team Competition: Physician Performance Model
In 2022, our team participated in the Statistical Society of Canada (SSC) Case Studies Competition, focusing on developing a physician performance model in critical care.
We designed a machine learning algorithm to evaluate physician performance by integrating quality and value indicators in clinical settings.

From October 2020 to December 2022, I served as a Data Science Trainer at Crystal System SRL, delivering professional training programs in data science, analytics, and machine learning across Europe and internationally.
My work focused on developing applied learning modules, mentoring participants in predictive modeling, and supporting upskilling initiatives in collaboration with academic and industry partners.
