This two-day workshop experience begins a process for those wishing to proactively address racism and build an equitable community for all. REI does not place blame or focus on personal bias; it instead provides a historical, cultural, and structural analysis of modern racism that challenges participants to think critically about the structures that create racial inequity in their communities.
Rev. Paul Robeson Ford of 1st Baptist Church (Highland) gives a theological appeal for why Christians are charged with the work of equity. Recorded at Faith in the City session at Knollwood Baptist Church, Winston-Salem. November 15, 2019
