Ans: Prospective authors can submit original and unpublished papers using Easychair only at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=eprec2020

Ans: The submitted paper will go through the review process and if accepted, one of the authors has to register and present his/her paper. The paper will then be formatted by the authors as per the LNEE template and be submitted to SPRINGER for publication if the paper's similarity index is less than 10% - as Springer follows stringent policies for plagiarism. The authors also need to obtain permission from the copyright holder for third-party content use, if any.

Ans: Yes. The conference is sponsored by the TEQIP-III and there will be no additional fee for publishing the paper.

Ans: Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and GOI guidelines of social distancing, the paper presentations in EPREC-2020 will be in online mode only.

Ans: The title of conference does not include this information because of the following reasons:

1. This conference is supposed to be the first one of the series EPREC and organizers are planning to conduct it biennially as an international event.
2. The conference proceedings will be published with SPRINGER-LNEE as three different volumes having following Editors:
   • Recent Advances in Power Systems: Dr. Om Hari Gupta, NIT Jamshedpur, India and Prof. Vijay K. Sood, Ontario Tech University, Oshawa, Canada
   • Control Applications in Modern Power System: Prof. A. K. Singh, NIT Jamshedpur, India and Dr. Manoj Tripathy, IIT Roorkee, India
   • Recent Advances in Power Electronics and Drives: Dr. Jitendra Kumar, NIT Jamshedpur, India and Dr. Premalata Jena, IIT Roorkee, India
3. This time, the approval from the sponsoring agency (i.e. TEQIP-III) given to this conference, as of now, was "National Conference" due to the limitation of time and fund available at the time of approval. However, we are trying to convert the status of the conference to "International" since fund is not an issue now and conference proceedings are to be published by Scopus-indexed Springer-LNEE. The information in this regard will be updated as we get the approval from TEQIP/Institute.
4. The series EPREC will be an international conference series, preferably in collaboration with other NIT/IIT/outside institute and since, this time, there was no confirmation about International status, it (national/international) was not included to the conference title. Also, the title will remain the same for next time as well - obviously, with an international approval.
