• Paper submission opens: March 04, 2020
• Paper submission closes: May 05, 2020 May 11, 2020 (23:59 hrs IST) Closed
• Paper acceptance notification deadline: May 10, 2020 May 16, 2020 May 18, 2020
• Registration opens: May 05, 2020
• Camera-ready paper submission: May 15, 2020 May 20, 2020 May 22, 2020
• Last Date of Registration: May 15, 2020 May 20, 2020 May 22, 2020
• Conference: May 29-30, 2020

Registration Fees (for Online Presentations only)#:

• Participants from India: INR 500.
• Participants from abroad: USD 25.

#Registration is required for each accepted paper

For online presenters, the conference kit will not be provided. However, a hard copy of the paper presentation certificate (and an e-copy for presenter from abroad) will be sent to the author's mailing address. Additionally, an e-copy of conference proceedings will be shared with the online presenter.

Mode of payment: (online payments are only allowed due to the prevailing situation in the country)

Participants can make payment by depositing the registration fee online in Account No. :- 33117999641 (A/C Name:- NIT Jamshedpur) of SBI, NIT Jamshedpur (IFSC Code: - SBIN0001882, SWIFT Code: - SBININBB761).

Online registration:

Please keep following things ready with you before registration:

Paper details, Skype ID, Scanned/e-copy of payment slip (jpg/pdf format and less than 10 MB size), photo (jpg format and less than 10 MB size).

After successful payment, online registration can be completed using following link (login to google account is required): Click Here.

Once the registration is over, send an email to eprec_eed@nitjsr.ac.in with subject of email "Camera-ready Paper-ID No." attaching a single zip file "XXX.zip" (where "XXX" is your Easychair Paper Id) containing following:

1. Camera-ready paper in SPRINGER LNEE format (in Word) - minimum 4 pages and maximum 10 pages.

2. A reply sheet (in word/pdf) consisting of point-wise response to the reviewers’ comments - mention where the changes have been incorporated in the camera-ready paper.
