What I Learned: When it comes to Microsoft I only was aware of two programs, PowerPoint and Word. But over the course of the semester I've learned techniques in Excel, Word and Access. I became better at using Excel for more than just a simple spreadsheet but how it uses math in it to make calculation easier. As well as, smaller techniques in Excel like making multiple pages in a single spreadsheet instead of creating a new one from scratch.
