Hey! Welcome to my website.

My name is Kayla. I am on an associates in science track with a biology focus. I am hoping to transfer and complete the rest of my college career at the University of Maryland or Towson University. Some of my hobbies include: baking, dancing, traveling, being an amateur food connoisseur, and doing a lot of online shopping.

Summary of my experience this semester: My experience is this course was very educational and a great learning experience. I expanded my knowledge on the use of technology and how it affects us as a society. I learned about the overuse of technology, the effect technology has on individual countries, the use of technology in my personal career choice, and how different parts of a computer can determine its use. I obtained new skills when it came to systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

Overall I can take from this course the skills that I learned when it comes to Microsoft. I personally didn't really understand the ins and outs of the program before I started the Cengage assignments. In a past job I struggled with learning how to use Excel and now I can say it became one of my strengths along with Word. I believe that I can still use some practice with Access to perfect the craft.
