- Name your folder ePortfolio
- Select Create
3. Open the share settings window

- Select Share
- Select Advanced

- Under who has access, select Change
- Under Link sharing, select On - Anyone with the link
- Next to Access, ensure that anyone Can view only
- Select Save
- Double check the settings in the final window, then select Done
