In my point of view for a website development project, it is very important for everyone to know how to make a website especially those who are running a business. This is the first time I heard about Wix app and I just found out that Wix is an app for creating websites. Create a website using Wix app is not an easy work to do. Patience are really needed when you using Wix app. Using the Wix app to create a website requires a strong and stable Internet connection. I think my contributions and my role as a Liaison Officer are significant  to the group in completing the task because I am the one who was approach the owner of Dapor Naufal to get permission from the owner of Dapor Naufal which is Mr. Amry Sham bin Abdul Rahim so that we can use his business for us to propose E-commerce marketing communication and promotional plan. I am also the person responsible for determining the questions for the interview session with the owner of Dapor Naufal, Mr. Amry Sham bin Abdul Rahim. If I are given another chance to improve the project, I would accept the opportunity. The project we made is actually quite good but may not be perfect and does not exceed the lecturer's expectations. I will make our website more advanced than ever. Our website is just a basic and simple website not great but we still do it diligently and follow the guidelines. Maybe because this is our first time using the Wix app but with time maybe we will get used to it.

I am not sure when my first experience with E-commerce because before this I used to buy things online but I never had my own account. If I want to buy something online, I will send a link to the item I want to buy to my friend. After that he will help me buy the item. I just pay cash to him and receive the goods from him. Other than that, he will take care of it. But after I entered UNIMAS last year, I learned how to buy things online. I was taught by my friends how to buy things online from Shopee and TikTok. After I knew how to online shopping, I was proud of myself but at the same time I feel scare of scammer. My use of E-commerce has changed over time. Factors that influenced these changes was convenience. As a student, I need a lot of clothes to wear to class. With online shopping, I can buy plus size clothes. It's very difficult for me to find a store that sells plus size clothes every time I go shopping at the store. I consider TikTok as part of E-commerce because TikTok similar to Shopee. TikTok is not only app for entertainment but also sell products.

I see my current attitude towards E-commerce is both positive and negative. I see it as positive because when I need something I can buy it online when I can't buy it in store. I see it as a negative because I spend too much to buy things from online. I can't stop myself from shopping online. My shopping cart is never empty. I always buy clothes from Lovito. Lovito is an online store on Shopee. I love buying plus size clothes at Lovito. The clothes they sell are all beautiful and suit my taste.

Value that are important to me when engaging in E-commerce is data privacy. This is very important to me especially when it comes to purchases. I'm very afraid of scammers even though I don't have much money in my account but it's still money. Ethical concern that I have encountered with E-commerce was counterfeit products. The item I received was not as advertised. This caused me to be dissatisfied and will never trust to buy from there again.

After I knew about E-commerce, it has impacted my lifestyle and shopping behavior. I mostly buy stylish and beautiful clothes online. If I buy something to wear like clothes, shoes, handbags, and so on I usually buy online but other than that, if I need anything else I always buy in a physical store. My spending habits really changed after I know how to shop online but I still shop in physical store. For my shopping habits, there is no term shopping more often online than in a physical store. Shopping using E-commerce makes it easier because I can shop whenever I want. The online store is always open, it's open 24/7 allowing me to shop anytime especially when I have money. I can even shop while lying down. But if I shopping in physical store, I have to spend a lot of money on Maxims, food costs and other things that attract me to buy especially when there is a sale. Every time after returning from shopping at the physical store, I would feel very tired and would have body aches, especially in my legs, from walking all day. When I want to buy perfume, I prefer traditional shopping. This is because I can smell the perfume myself in the store. I can choose which one is the best and suits me. But if I buy a perfume online, it might not suit my taste even if people say it smells good in reviews. Everyone's taste is different. 

I think the future of E-commerce will be big. Every business will have their own online shop to sell their products and services. As I said earlier, E-commerce is going to be big. This will cause fraud to become more widespread. I hope that E-commerce can find better ways to protect the privacy and security of their customers' data and also find ways to prevent fraudsters from running rampant. It will build more trust among the users and customers when they involve in E-commerce. With this I can feel safe using E-commerce. Maybe I will be one of those users who shop more frequently online than in physical stores.

In conclusion, E-commerce is very important for all even though it has advantages and disadvantages. With the rapid development of the world, it is very important for us to know about E-commerce. Maybe in the future online shop are more than physical store. The process of self-examination has enriched my understanding of e-commerce, highlighting its importance in today's increasingly modern life. E-commerce plays an important role in shaping a more efficient future. Even now, the used of E-commerce has started to spread.
