Privacy Policy

Introduction

This document describes the privacy policy of the EpiNote mobile app.

Using the application means that the user agrees to this Privacy Policy and to the conditions for collecting and processing of his personal data specified in it. In case of disagreement with these terms and conditions, the user must refrain from using the application.

What data does the app collect?

For correct operation and full functionality of the application, access to the device geolocation based on GPS-coordinates is required. Otherwise it does not collect, use or share any personal data.

Why does the app need this data?

Access to the geolocation is necessary to determine the GPS-coordinates of the tombstones described. All the coordinates are stored and processed only in the device memory. 

You may prefer not allowing the app to use your geolocation – in this case, the coordinates will not be recorded. This will not affect the operation of other functions.
