Registration

We expect to have around 30 participants (in addition to the invited speakers). Please note that the payment of the registration fee is a requirement to be registered as a participant in the workshop. Applicants will be accepted until reach our capacity. In that case, the link to the registration form below will be inactive.

Important dates: 

Deadline for abstract submission: May 1, 2023

Deadline for communicating abstract acceptance:  May 10, 2023    

Early registration fee (until April 1, 2023): 200€  

Registration fee (from April 1, 2023): 250€

Reduced registration fee (PhD students presenting a poster or a short communication): 100€

Registration fee includes: attendance to the lectures, daily lunch, social dinner, social activity, and coffee breaks.
