Equip - We train pastors and ministry leaders in various areas of their need such as: The Gospel, Hermeneutics, Old Testament & New Testament Survey, Homiletics, Church Administration, Personal Spiritual Disciplines, Family Life, African Traditional Religions, Children's Ministry, and Principles of Youth Ministry, among other topics.
Empower - The workshops focus on equipping pastors and church leaders with skills to function more effectively with their local congregations. We are called to train the ministers of the Gospel whose character, theological knowledge, and lifestyle cohere to form a living, powerful illustration of the message they proclaim. We design a balanced curriculum with a dual approach that combines sound doctrine and teaching with contextually-relevant ministry skills. We train elders to equip believers to minister in the local church and to be a strong influence in the world to advocate for a more just, honest, and compassionate society (Matthew 5:16).
We focus particularly on training pastors and church leaders from rural areas who may not have as many educational and other opportunities to reinforce their ministries.
Theological education is very expensive, and few pastors and ministry leaders get scholarships or full sponsorships that would allow them to pursue a complete program. The pastors from the rural areas are often left to fend for themselves and are unable to generate the fees required for formal studies. Our goal is to bridge this gap through workshops so that we can equip these pastors and ministry leaders with the necessary knowledge and skills for a fruitful ministry.
