One day while on his evening walk with Sita, Rama came across his good friend Hanuman. Their friendship began many years ago after Rama helped save Hanuman's life. Rama was helping Sugriva, the ruler that Hanuman followed, take back his kingdom from his evil brother Vali. Rama had arrived just in time to help Hanuman. He was surrounded by five soldiers and was wounded. The battle was still raging around them and the army was closing in on them. "Can you still fight?" asked Rama. Hanuman nodded yes and the two men began to fight together. Hanuman was amazed at Rama's speed and strength. As the fight continued they both began to realize that they made a powerful duo. They were killing men left and right and no one could penetrate their defenses or counter their attacks. They were victorious and Rama and Hanuman realized what they had done and what they could be together and on that day a new friendship was formed.
The two became close friends in the years that followed and would often do battle to test each other’s abilities. Rama had the strength of ten men and the speed of a cheetah. He was a very powerful warrior who was cunning and brave in battle. What Hanuman lacked in strength, he made up for with speed. He was the fastest man alive. The two warriors decided to do battle in the desert outside of their home in Dubai. The powerful allies started their battle with Sita nearby. The fight started and Hanuman darted by Rama so fast that he could only see the trail of sand thrown up behind him. Rama could not catch up to him so he quickly thought of a new plan. He built up enough speed to jump as high as he could in the air. Rama started falling and slammed the ground so hard he created a shockwave that sent Hanuman flying back. The impact was so great that sand flew hundreds of feet into the air creating a mushroom cloud of sand. Before Hanuman could get up, Rama rushed him and pinned him down. The battle was over so they decided to head back into Dubai for a drink. As they started to make their way back to Dubai, Bhima arrived to investigate the cloud and shockwave that shook the city. Bhima towered over Hanuman and Rama. They had never seen a man of this size before. "What happened out here and who are you?" asked Bhima.
"I am Rama and this is my wife Sita and my friend Hanuman and we were just engaged in a friendly battle, so there is nothing to worry about," said Rama.
This intrigued Bhima because there was no man on Earth stronger than him. "I am Bhima, slayer of Hidimba and Baka," proudly stated Bhima."Who won the fight and would the winner fight me?" asked Bhima.
Hanuman quickly recognized the demon's names and told Rama that this would be a worthy opponent for him. Rama then gladly accepted his challenge. Hanuman decided to go into Dubai for that drink and sped away. The fight began and Rama dashed towards Bhima with astounding speed and threw a mighty punch at Bhima’s chest. Bhima barely flinched and smiled. He then grabbed Rama by the arm and threw him into the nearest sand dune. "Okay, time for a new plan," thought Rama. "If I cannot beat him in terms of strength, maybe my speed will help me defeat this man." He ran by Bhima and hoped he would give chase. Bhima did and could not keep up with him, so Rama decided to put his plan into action. He started running circles around Bhima throwing sand in every direction. The sand hit him in the face and then Rama took advantage of his foe's temporary blindness and uppercut Bhima with his full strength. This knocked even Bhima onto his backside. He tried to get up but Rama was too fast. He was quickly on top of Bhima with a choke hold to pin the behemoth down. Bhima tapped out or gave up because he knew he had lost. He was very impressed with Rama’s capabilities and said, "If you ever need my help all you need to do is ask and I will be there." He did not realize that the favor would be turned in so quickly.
As Hanuman entered Dubai he saw a strange, hooded figure flying towards Rama and Sita overhead in a chariot. He had a bad feeling about it so he rushed back as fast as he could to find his friends. He arrived as the fighting stopped and warned them about the flying man. The mysterious man arrived and stepped off his chariot. Before his second foot hit the ground the cloaked man dashed towards the heroes and took Sita from Rama's side. Sita struggled and fought as hard as she could and knocked the hood off the man. It was not a man at all. It was Ravana the ten-headed demon. He was an evil gang leader who despised Rama for helping Sugriva take over his cousin’s throne all those years ago. The three heroes joined together to fight Ravana but they were all still exhausted from fighting each other so they were no match for Ravana at full power. "Come find me in the slums of Dubai, if you ever want to see your loved one again," said Ravana. He then flew off leaving Rama to helplessly watch as his loved one was carried away.
