Saint Vincent de Paul School has served the neighboring community for nearly a century. In 2024, the school will celebrate its 100th year anniversary. The last building project completed at SVDP was the construction of a community gym for the DePaul Youth Club in 1960. The majority of our facilities are in original condition and in dire need of upgrade and repair.
St. Vincent de Paul School, acknowledging its century-old legacy while envisioning its future, will excel in providing an educational environment where students take risks and challenge assumptions by embracing experiential opportunities, learning to think innovatively, and grow courageously in their relationships with God.

The principles and characteristics valued by the Daughters of Charity include an understanding of the poor and marginalized and a commitment to serving these populations. Through the legacy of the Daughter of Charity and the school patron Saint Vincent de Paul, the school continues to embrace the spirit of service.
