Hello, here are some things that may be useful when you read Entropy! These will be split into three parts. Fonts to Races, Characters, and Mechanics that may be useful!

FONTS TO RACES

Spectral - Spectrals/Main Characters (yes, i named them after the font, sue me.)

Times New Roman - Humans

Rubik Glitch (and Dancing Script for white lies because they're special) - DISCORDANTS

CHARACTERS

Crimson/Generic Spectrals - Spectral Font and Black Coloring

Nosmirc - Spectral Font and Red Coloring

Nosmirc (calm) - Spectral Font and Burgundy Coloring

Azure - Spectral Font and Blue Coloring

Azure (possessed) - Shadows Into Light Font (bold) and Blue Coloring

white lies - Dancing Script Font (size 14) and White Coloring (see "Mechanics" for more info)

Julia Tortura - Times New Roman Font and Gray Coloring

MECHANICS

Let's start off with some simple ones.

Crimson and Nosmirc are one and the same. They share dialog without being separated from one another. They can cut each other off mid-sentence, and still be in the same quotation marks. Same thing with inner talking.

Nosmirc changes color when he's calmed down. Sometimes, Nosmirc is calmed down. Not giving Crimson death threats and telling him to commit suicide. The color changes froma bright red, to a darker, diluted red. Here, check it out. Hi, I'm Nosmirc, and I am angry!!! Hi, I'm Nosmirc, and i'm chill.

Azure changes font when possessed. I added this in so that you can tell when Azure is speaking, and when he's not. It makes sense when put into practice, I swear. Same thing with Crimson/Nosmirc. Azure and the Possessed version can cut each other off mid-sentence and share quotation marks.

"the scales tip in ________'s favor" is my way of showing a perspective change without doing a scene break. These aren't frequent though, I usually just use scene breaks.

Heres some more complex ones now.

You have to highlight [white lies's] text to read it. It creates a sense of dissonance between the characters and the reader. The characters in the book can't hear what they're saying, but you can. All you have to do is click and drag over the text. Here, try it! --> great job!

Combination Locks are an idea that I have that are going to be right here in the website! These aren't implemented yet, but here's how they might work. You would find underlined letters in the story, and then you would put it in the combination lock... thing. (i dont know how it'll be here, ill just code it in) and then, once you put in the code, it would allow you to access side stories (relevant to entropy), character lore, and maybe even an entire other part to entropy... but that's for later... and that's IF i implement it at all.
