Design Factory

The Aalto Design Factory is a place for passion, project and problem based learning. It's a co-creation space for students, teachers, researchers, industry partners and startups. Therefore the Aalto Design Factory is a perfect place for Master’s thesis and Doctoral thesis workers. As a thesis worker in the fields of entrepreneurship, product development, innovation and design thinking here you will find a community which shares the same interest in your topic and supports you in developing it further, granting you access to the whole entrepreneurship network around Aalto University. Join our community for 2-3 weeks while writing your thesis.

• Target students: Master, specifically ones working on product development, teaching development, innovation, entrepreneurship. For instance students making their masters thesis

• Application procedure: Apply using the application form and include CV & motivation letter. It's possible a Skype interview will be conducted to agree upon goals and work procedure.

• Prerequisites: Started or finished a Master of Science in Bioengineering Technology (all) or Master of Bioscience engineering (all) or Master of Science in Engineering Science (all) or Master of Science in Engineering Technology (all)

• Language level: Minumum English level B2. IELTS or TOEFL certificate is prefered.
