En’s Lab is a research-driven entity based in Japan.

Advisory work is positioned as a secondary, independent activity.
This structure allows us to provide independent, science-driven, and candid advice,
free from commercial pressure or outcome-based incentives.
The firm is led by a board-certified neurologist with experience spanning
academic research, pharmaceutical clinical development,
and national public research programs for rare and intractable diseases in Japan.
Mission
En's Lab started in November 2022 as an infrastructure to deliver true value to patients with rare and intractable diseases to achieve goals throughout my medical life. Our main activities include research and development that contribute to the treatment of patients with rare diseases, providing medical-related information, and offering consultations for researchers. As a way of showing gratitude to the patients and their families who have been under our care, the professionals and experts who have guided us, and the colleagues with whom we have conducted research and work, I have established this Lab as an infrastructure to deliver true value to patients and to make everyone around us happy, including ourselves.
難病の患者さんに本当の価値 / true value を届けることをミッションに掲げ2022年11月にスタートしました。主務は、難病患者さんの治療・幸せにつながる研究開発、医療関連の情報提供、コンサルテーション等です。
これまでにお世話になった患者さんとご家族のみなさん、ご指導いただいた先生方、一緒に研究や仕事をさせてもらった仲間への恩返しとして、患者さんに本当の価値（true value）を届けるためのインフラです。自分を含めて周りのみんなが幸せになるための研究を続けます。
Our Perspective
While the founder’s clinical background is in neurology,
En’s Lab is not limited to neurology as a therapeutic area.
Our focus is on:
Rare and intractable diseases, regardless of organ system
New therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to:
Gene therapy
Regenerative medicine
Nucleic acid therapeutics, including mRNA-based approaches
Cell-based and other emerging approaches
We work across disease areas where scientific logic, development challenges, or regulatory considerations are shared.
代表者は脳神経内科専門医ですが、En’s Lab は特定の診療科や領域に限定しません。
希少疾患・難治性疾患を中心に、疾患横断で共通する科学的・開発上の課題に向き合います。
