ALL TERM ACCOUNTS ARE PAID IN FULL AT ENROLMENT.
Registration Fee: $25 per family per year. This covers your insurance for the year, therefore your enrolment is assumed each term, you will need to notify Miss Nat if you do not intend to continue to the next term by the end of the previous term.
Inclusive Pricing is based on committing to 4 terms. This includes all classes for that level, the award or demonstration class applicable to the level, concert expenses and trophy.
Private lessons: $40 per 30mins. These can be shared between 2 students maximum ($20 each), Private lessons are payable by cash only and only available to students participating in the awards
Casual Classes. The casual class price does not include the awards day, concert or trophy. Awards day cannot be added later however, if you wish to participate in casual classes and be included in the concert in term 3, there will be an additional fee charged to purchase the Trophy and cover the costs of the concert. Please let Miss Nat know your intentions by the beginning of term 3,
How are Fees Paid? Fees are paid via your parent portal either by credit card online or cash in person. If paying in cash please place money in an enveloppe or zip lock bag with your child's name on it. Uniform is not included in the fee. Uniform is highly encouraged to support the inclusive environment. These are available to purchase through miss Nat. Simply order through your Parent portal
Mid year enrolments cannot join the inclusive packaging or participate in awards day and must choose the casual rates and opt in to concert as mentioned above
Concert - Our concerts are very low key and are scheduled at the end of term 3 (date to be advised) All students will either wear their class uniform or a choose your own costume based around colours.Therefore this is not covered in the inclusive pricing outlined above or the casual classes
Awards Day. What is this? A day where an examiner from the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D) comes and assesses our dancers. Each child that is booked into the all inclusive pricing is included in the day. This will be in term 4 a date is confirmed once we establish if we are filming (For remote assessment) or having a live examiner.The children will participate in either a Demonstration Class (Tiny level only), Class Award (Mini and Pre Junior Only) or Performance Award (Junior levels). A description of each is below. If a child wishes to participate in an additional Graded Exam, this will be an additional cost and additonal private lesson with Miss Nat

REBATES/ MAKE UP LESSONS/REFUNDS
Once a child has enrolled for a Term, the payment for that Term will not be refunded unless the class has been cancelled, or there is an interruption or change to the class, that has been caused by THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSEX INLET. There will be no rebates for classes missed due to holidays, or other sporting or family commitments. THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSEX INLET has the right to provide a substitute teacher when regular teacher not available
WITHDRAWALS:
Withdrawals and changes of classes will not be permitted during the term. All changes can be adjusted each term. No adjustments to your term fees will be done during term unless a class has been cancelled by THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSUEX INLET. All Examination students will not be refunded exam fees once paid. This is due to the Royal Academy of Dance rules and regulations.
PRIVACY POLICY
THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSEX INLET recognises a student’s right to privacy. THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSEX INLET'S Privacy Policy identifies how we handle information we have about both staff and students. The information we collect from you is protected and will only be used for compliance and legal requirements. The confidentiality of your personal information in our records is protected under the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Act 2014. THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSEX INLET will not use any information or photos in advertising or marketing materials without written consent.
PARENT RELEASE FORM FOR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
I give permission for The Ballet School Sussex Inlet to use video footage and / or photographs of my child/ward. This usage may include (but is not exclusive to) displaying publicly, distributing, or publishing, photographs, and/or video of my child for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to:- printed materials (eg - brochures and newsletters) online and offline advertising and promotion - videos and digital images such for use on Social Media.
I acknowledge that I am giving unrestricted permission for my child’s image to be used in print, video, and digital media. I agree that these images may be used by The Ballet School Sussex Inlet for a variety of purposes and that these images may be used without further notification. I do understand that any identifying information including surname and location will not be used in conjunction with any video or digital images.
HEALTH AND INFORMATION AND MEDICAL RELEASE WAIVER FORM
I acknowledge that participation in dance is potentially dangerous and the is an inherent risk of injury involved. n allowing my child to participate in The Ballet School Sussex Inlet activities, I hereby assume all the risks associated with the performing arts. I understand the importance of myself and my child following the instructions and rules set by their instructor/s, and I agree to release The Ballet School Sussex Inlet and it’s employees of any and all liability which may arise as a result of my child’s participation in activities at The Ballet School Sussex Inlet.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
Permission is also granted to The Ballet School Sussex Inlet and its affiliates including Principal, Teachers and Parents to provide any needed first aid treatment prior to the child’s admission to a medical facility. In the event of an emergency, if the parent is unreachable, I understand that a teacher reserves the right to contact the ambulance and all fees associated with this will be at the parents expense.
NO EXCEPTIONS ALL student concert costumes, tickets, and private lessons CANNOT be supplied to students with outstanding term accounts- including class fees and associated expenses. If a student’s term account has not been finalised, THE BALLET SCHOOL SUSSEX INLET reserves the right to exclude the student from participating in class. Please note the student will be kept in the classroom for safety reason. Miss Natalie will contact you to resolve this matter.
