Unpublished papers should be submitted, i.e. those that have not yet been presented at other conferences.
The templates for writing the text are available in Portuguese, Spanish and English. The templates themselves contain information on how to format the articles. Both the blind review template and the full article template must include the subject area chosen by the authors.
Texts must be prepared and sent, one with all authors identified and one without. Before sending the file for blind evaluation, make sure that it does not contain any marks or features that could identify one or more of the authors. See the tutorial on removing hidden data and personal information.
The files you send must have a .DOC or .DOCX extension. And the maximum size of each file is 10MB.
Each article can have up to 5 (five) authors.
Using the form in this session, the article must be submitted by the first author.
Any author can submit an article and can also participate in other articles as a co-author.
All authors must sign the DECLARATION OF ORIGINALITY, which must be sent as a PDF file. Name the file with the surnames of all authors in the order given in the article (e.g. DECLARATION_MOTTA_BREMER_NOLASCO.pdf).
The first author will be informed of the decision of the reviewers by e-mail after the article has been reviewed.
Accepted papers will be presented in video format in technical sessions.
Videos will be available on the Built Heritage Project YouTube channel from 17:00 (GMT) on each session day.
The video should be produced using the Power Point template provided on this page. The video should be no longer than 8 minutes and the maximum file size should be 1 GB.
The first author will be responsible for submitting the video. He/she will also receive a certificate for his/her work.
The author must register for the conference via the Sympla platform in order to receive the presentation certificate.
