These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Enough mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”) provided by Kyle Krenik (“ENOUGH,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.
Medical and Educational Disclaimer
Enough is a self-help and habit-tracking application designed to support users seeking to reduce pornography consumption. The App:

is not a medical device
does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
Nothing contained in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No doctor–patient, therapist–client, or healthcare provider relationship is created by use of the App. If you are experiencing mental health distress, addiction concerns, or crisis situations, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional immediately. The App is not a substitute for professional treatment.
Behavioral Health and Addiction Risk Disclaimer
The Enough App addresses topics related to pornography consumption, compulsive behaviors, and habit change. You acknowledge and agree that:
Individual Results Vary: Behavioral change is a highly individualized process. The App does not guarantee particular results, including abstinence or relapse prevention.
Risk of Emotional Distress: Tracking behaviors or logging relapses may cause emotional reactions including stress, anxiety, or guilt.
Not a Clinical Program: Enough does not provide addiction treatment or psychological counseling.
User Responsibility: Users remain solely responsible for their personal decisions and actions.
No Monitoring: Enough does not monitor user behavior outside the App.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms. Enough reserves the right to terminate accounts where age requirements are not met.
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
Enough grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App, including software, algorithms, habit-tracking models, and progress-tracking algorithms, are the exclusive property of Enough, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the App.
Scrape, harvest, or collect data using automated bots or spiders.
Use the App to build a competing product.
Attempt to bypass security protections or rate limits.
You may not use the App, its content, data, or functionality to train, develop, fine-tune, or improve any artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or large language model (LLM) systems. Any attempt to use the App data for automated model training or dataset generation is strictly prohibited.
Enough takes the protection of its systems and data seriously. We reserve the right to investigate and take legal action against any unauthorized access or interference, including:
Unauthorized data scraping.
Attempts to access non-public systems.
Circumvention of security controls.
Violations may result in account termination, blocking of IP addresses, and civil or criminal liability.
You retain ownership of content you submit (logs, notes, posts). However, you grant Enough a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Post illegal, harmful, or sexually explicit/exploitative content.
Use the App for spam or unauthorized solicitation.
Paid features are purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or authorized processors. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Enough may modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Warranties: The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enough shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages, including emotional distress or addiction-related harms. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
