Applicants must have completed Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA) or equivalent.
Applicants must have completed Enlisted Joint PME I and II
A Top Secret/SCI Clearance is preferred

Members must apply through the AY announcement and selections are made through the NGB panel process.

Air Force Reserve Process
Reserve selection is conducted through the Air Force Reserve Enlisted Developmental Education Board process. Applicants must submit a nomination package through myVector.
