The main components used for this project are the (1) Arduino Mega Microcontroller, (2) 5V geared DC motors for navigation, (1) DC motor for actuation, (1) L293 Motor Driver, (1) L298N Motor Driver, (5) Ultrasonic Sensor Modules, (4) IR Sensors Modules, a 12V, 6V, and 8V Power Supplies.
Five ultrasonic sensors and four infrared sensors are connected to the 6V power supply.
This 6V power supply also powers the Arduino Mega board.
Two geared 6V DC motors are used for navigation and the spinning action. They are controlled by the L298N motor driver, for its higher current output, and are powered from an 8V power supply.
One geared 12V DC motor is used for actuation. It is controlled by the L293 motor driver and is powered from a 12V power supply.
