Hello! My name is Anthony, and I'm a freshman at SCU studying Mechanical Engineering! I'm a member of the Formula SAE as a part of the Powertrain Subteam. I'm also a member of the AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) club. As of now, I'm exploring specific careers within Mechanical Engineering. Outside of engineering, I also have an interest in business, specifically Entrepreneurship. I hope to become an engineer and a business owner. What I hope to learn from ENGR 110 is learning how to make an impact on the community by working in teams.
About The Team!
Dylon is a senior at SCU majoring in Civil Engineering. He's interested in Construction Management, Structural Systems, and Sustainable Infrastructure. He hopes to strengthen his soft skills, including design thinking, teamwork, and documentation skills, while developing his hard skills in creating real-world engineering solutions.
Roles: Responsible for system layout, water flow calculations, and ensuring the design is practical and sustainable.
Jason is a Senior at SCU, double-majoring in Electrical Engineering and Music. For Electrical Engineering, he's currently researching planar microwave resonator designs for filters and antennas. He also studies French Horn Performance for his music degree. He intends to pursue a master's degree and a PhD in Electrical Engineering. He hopes to get more hands-on engineering experience from ENGR 110.
Roles: Primary Point of Contact and responsible for the electrical pump.
Shikjar is a freshman at SCU majoring in Computer Science & Mathematics. He's interested in Machine Learning and AI, and how they could impact both business and technology in the future. He's eager to learn a lot in this course, like designing and developing the project, as well as learning how to work with businesses to solve issues in the real world. Outside of the classroom, he's passionate about photography, making music, and DJing. He's also apart of ASG at SCU.
Roles: Responsible for creating a running Polytube Model to gather data.
