growing and selling fresh grapes to winemakers
Fruit-bearing vineyard of 17365 plants, sale of technical grapes to winemakers, cultivation and sale of own-rooted seedlings of technical grape varieties;
It is divided into three areas: vineyard, processing and sale of grapes, sale of seedlings.
Vineyard. 15 thousand ten-year-old and 2365 annual plants
Area - 8.7 ha
Three main varieties of our vineyard: "Bukovinka" must yield about 70%! A very high percentage of sugar; “Ruby Holodrigi” is a red, coloring variety, it makes good, heavy wines that are stored for a long time; “Citron Magaracha” is the only grape variety from which distillates have aroma!
Recycling.
We sell crops to processing plants for the production of alcohol, juice and other products.
Sale of seedlings.
Varieties of our grapes are resistant to climate and pests and also have high commodity indicators, therefore they are in demand.
Planting date: 2012 - spring
Landing pattern 3m * 1.5m
Varieties of the Magarach Institute - complex resistant to phylloxera, mildew, oidium, gray rot - are grown according to technology with a minimum use of protective equipment 2 sprays per season. We do not use herbicides!

Tapestry - wire 2 mm galvanized, 4 tiers
Irrigation system - drip irrigation, perennial tube 16mm, row length 110 meters
Water source - well 8m3 per hour
Feeding unit - injector
Manual harvesting - 1 person collects 700-800 kg of grapes per day
Garter - manual
Weeding - mechanical (inter-bush cutter), row-spacing cultivation
Growing disease-resistant grape varieties with two chemical treatments per year instead of fourteen, like classic European varieties. These varieties can be grown organically.
The vineyard is located at an altitude of 72 meters above sea level, this is the highest point in the Kherson region. The growing season passes without rain, which affects fruit quality and sugar levels. Therefore, our grape fruits are especially sweet and get sick a little. To make a distillate from grapes due to the high level of sugar, to combine the theme of distillate with the theme of nuts (there are about 1 thousand 4-year-old trees, the INTR variety bearing about 15 kg of green nuts) in the project “Nut tincture”.
All varieties of our vineyard are the selection of the Magarach Institute of Professor Pavel Yakovlevich Golodriga, who was engaged in breeding resistant varieties with minimal processing, with high-quality commercial properties and a large must yield.
The ripening is average, but it can hang until October and gain sugar as much as 33%, a very fruitful juice yield from 50 to 75% (if a good press), the variety smells of flowers. Ripening September 1-4, sugar 18%, September 15-20 sugar 20-25%, if kept on a bush until October 10-15, you can collect 30-32% sugar, there was a maximum of 33%
What did they do from Bukovinka:
brut dry - with spicy bitterness (many connoisseurs) but bitterness due to high sugar is not for everyone in dry
semi-sweet (according to classical technology) - super tasty, just a bomb taste and aroma - many times they did everything for a fly, women really like it (aroma of gustraminer and rose flowers)
champagne according to the peasant method with sediment - ideal semi-dry according to the rural method (mild taste, fine aftertaste)
distillate - chic, very good yield during double distillation, many said that they didn’t try anything better (they did distillation on a plate (4 plates) column-type distiller.
Ripening at the latest end of September after 15.09 sugar 16%-18%, the latest date October 12 sugar 22% very rarely 24%. Juice yield 60%, very strong variety for red wines and as a color in blends, extractive tart
What was made from Ruby:
Dry red wine (classic technology for dry wines) - cool very cool if we make it with sugar from 18 to 24 everything will work out fine - you always get good dry wines and you don’t need to invent anything
Cahors - very tasty wine
Ripening is the earliest 29.08 sugar 18%, 2.09 sugar 22%, 15.09 maximum sugar 22-24%.
Juice yield is the smallest 40-50%, thick rind is very fleshy.
What was made from Citron Magarach:
good distillates retain flavor when distilled (this is rare)
at low sugar 18% super dry white wine
Vineyard yield in detail by year
Harvested volumes by years
