Englux provides car wash booking and related services.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Bookings are subject to availability of service providers (“Riders”).
Service details, prices, and offers are displayed within the App.
Englux reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Englux does not store sensitive payment information such as card or bank details.
You agree not to misuse the App (e.g., fake bookings, abusive behavior).
Cancellations must follow the rules stated within the App.
Reviews and comments must be respectful and not contain offensive content.
Englux is not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, connectivity).
While we strive to provide reliable services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
All content, logos, and branding in the App are the property of Englux.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the App without prior written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you agree to the revised Terms.
